• 1½ tbsp Olive Oil
• 2 Onion (chopped)
• 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
• 1½ tsp Curry Powder
• 1½ Tomatoes (diced)
• 2½ tsp Salt

• Wash cauliflower and potatoes very well for avid pesticides then cut into medium pieces and boiled in
a small pan
• Cook the cauliflower in a microwave on high for 4 minutes.
•Then prepare the potatoes in a microwave on high for 3 minutes.
• In a large skillet heat with the groundnut oil and then add the cumin seeds as mentioned above.
•When the cumin turns to golden brown add the onions pieces and Move very slightly for 3 minutes.
• Add the chopped tomatoes and Move very slightly for another 4 minutes.
•Add the cauliflower and potato pieces and mix well.
